A comprehensive hiring model is built that focuses directly on the core competencies identified during the Workshop. The client receives:

	In-depth definitions of each of the selected competencies, stated as they specifically relate to their business.
	A customized set of legal interview questions.
	A weighted scoring system that allows each interviewer to ascertain and score the levels of mastery of these core competencies.

The sum total of this report can also be the basis for a very complete Job Description of the position.

This entire hiring process is housed in the HR offices and is available for inspection by the EEOC if requested.
