A comprehensive hiring model is built that focuses directly on the core competencies identified during the Workshop. The client receives:
 | In-depth definitions of each of the selected competencies, stated as they specifically relate to their business. |
 | A customized set of legal interview questions. |
 | A weighted scoring system that allows each interviewer to ascertain and score the levels of mastery of these core competencies. |
The sum total of this report can also be the basis for a very complete Job Description of the position.
This entire hiring process is housed in the HR offices and is available for inspection by the EEOC if requested.
