He has held Sales, Branch Manager and Vice President positions with Fortune 100 computer and telecommunications companies. As founder and President of two companies, he grew them to profitable national organizations employing over 100 people and with warehouses and/or sales offices in major cities across the country.

Bill, a Professional Certified Coach and Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, writes columns for Crain’s Detroit Business and two national industry newspapers, Telecom Reseller and Mid Range Management Review. His coaching practice has been the subject of articles in Nation’s Business magazine and The Detroit Free Press.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics as well as an MBA. He and his wife, Mary, have been married for over 30 years and raised four children who are grown and “on their own!” - proof that you can successfully balance a personal and professional life!
